Shipping policy

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail. You can choose from three services at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free Tracked 48 shipping. All services are fully tracked. The Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm service is the only option with a guaranteed delivery time, and it may require a signature.

Orders placed before 15:00 are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. During busier periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, Shopify will send you a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.

Delivery times for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. If an order is returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, a redelivery fee may be required.
